About Promenade
The Promenade Condominium is on 6 ½ acres of Gulf front property. The 11 story building was built in 1985. We have one of the largest pools on the Key and a lovely spa overlooking the beach. We are a 24 hour, 7 days a week, guard gated community. We have a full service concierge staff and in-house maintenance team.
